Local Shipping & Delivery

We do ship or deliver parcels in three different ways and if it's a POD (pay on delivery) order, you will have to pay the stipulated or agreed delivery fee before we will process your order and then pay the balance (total cost of items) on delivery. 

So here are the 3 ways:

1. Home or Doorstep Delivery: Our home or doorstep deliveries are processed faster through our private delivery agents across the country and are mostly used for POD orders. 

2. Pickup At The Park Or From The Driver (For fully paid orders only): You can request to pick up your parcel at the motor park or from the driver if you have fully paid (total cost of items + delivery fee) for the order. For orders going outside Lagos, once the delivery is processed, we will send you the name of the transport or logistics company and the driver or waybill number.

3. GIG Logistics Delivery: You can request that we process your POD or fully paid order via GIG Logistics and you will pick up your parcel at the closest GIG motors park in your area within 2-4 days. You can also request we use GIG Logistics to deliver your parcel to your home or doorstep if you're based in Lagos, Abuja, Ibadan, Benin, Onitsha, Asaba, PH, Abeokuta, Osogbo, Akure, Ilorin, Kaduna, Kano, Warri, Abakiliki, Owerri, or Enugu, but please note that orders going to some locations won't be delivered as fast as when we use our private delivery agents (see option 1). We will give you the waybill number after processing the order and you can track the shipment online. See our delivery fees for GIG Logistics below:

Lagos: Starts from ₦1000. 0-2 days.

South West States (except Lagos): Starts from ₦1500. 2-3 days.

South South and South East States: Starts from ₦2500. 2-4 days.

North and North Central States: Starts from ₦2500. 2-4 days.

    International Shipping & Delivery

    Some countries will impose additional tariffs on items shipped from another country. The customer is responsible for any country-specific tariffs and duties. These nation-specific duties are added by your respective governments and are not shipping charges from Some orders may also warrant additional shipping charges due to weight, fragility, and size limitation. Contact us to find us our international shipping rates.

    Order Modifications

    If you need to modify an existing order prior to its shipment, please call into our Customer Service Department at +234 905 698 5101 immediately or message us on WhatsApp. Be sure to provide your order details, order number, the correct shipping address, and include the changes that need to be made. If you received a product that does not match your invoice or if you noticed a missing item in your order, please call us immediately and we will send you the correct product along with a return label to send us back the wrong one. If you received a damaged or defective item, please return it back to us and we will send you a new one as soon as we receive the damaged or defective item. If changes were needed to be made to order after it has been shipped, we will make every effort to make the necessary changes: Customers may or may not be charged an additional fee for making these changes such as adding a missing apartment number or correcting the entered address.

    Pre-Ordered Products

    If your order includes a pre-order (out of stock) item, your entire order will be held until we have all items in stock. If you would like to receive items that are in stock right away and have your pre-ordered items shipped upon availability, please contact us by phone or message us on WhatsApp at +234 905 698 5101 or by email to and let us know. Be aware that additional shipping fees will apply for separate shipments.
