In this page, you will learn how to order online and how to order on WhatsApp (scroll down), and please note that products that are tagged 'sold out' are currently out of stock in the store.
HOW TO ORDER ONLINE
Step 1: Browse through our products catalog, collection list, or use the search button to quickly search for products in the store. To use the search button, type a name or keyword that's related to the product you want to buy and click the search button. The search result will show different types of products that are related to the name or keyword you typed.
Step 2: Select the products you want to buy, click the 'Add To Cart' button to add them to your shopping cart, indicate the quantity needed, and continue shopping. You will see your shopping cart at the top right-hand corner, click on it when you're done shopping to confirm the items in your cart, and then click the 'Check out' button. Please note that our MOQ (minimum order quantity) is 5 pieces per order, same or mixed items.
Step 3: Enter your contact information, shipping address, and click the 'Continue to shipping' button. If you are not done shopping and still want to add more items to your shopping cart, click the 'Return to cart' link and click the 'Continue shopping' link. Once you're done shopping, click the 'Check out' button, enter yours details, and click the 'Continue to shipping' button. Please make sure you fill in a complete and correct information as it will help us verify and fulfill your orders fast.
Step 4: Choose your shipping location and/or preferred shipping method, and you will also see the shipping rates or delivery fees on the page. You can also choose to pick up your order at any of our fulfillment centers in Lagos. Then click the 'Proceed to payment' button.
Step 5: We accept pre-payment and cash in-store only. We do NOT accept payment on delivery (POD) requests. For pre-payment, you will make 100% payment before we will process your order and we accept wire (bank) transfer, mobile transfer (via USSD or apps), and bank deposits. For cash in-store, you will make payment at the fulfillment center while picking up your order.
HOW TO ORDER ON WHATSAPP
If you're unable to place an order online, you can simply place your order on WhatsApp and we will get in touch with you.
Step 1: Browse through our products catalog, collection list, or use the search button to quickly search for products in the store. As you browse through our products, make sure you write down or take screenshots of the items you want to book.
Step 2: Send your full name and order list to our retail channel on WhatsApp at 0905 698 5101. Your order list should contain names or screenshots of the items you want to book, the quantity you need for each item, and your preferred size, color or design, if necessary. One of our sales rep on WhatsApp will confirm your list and send the total cost of your order plus other necessary information.
Step 3: You will be asked to confirm your order cost and delivery location, and you will be given different shipping options. Your delivery fee, depending on your shipping option, will then be added to the total cost of your order and our delivery fees are very much affordable.
Step 4: Once we have concluded with your order, it will be forwarded to our fulfilment team who will then package the items and process the delivery. If your order is going outside Lagos State, you will receive the waybill or driver's number on WhatsApp once the delivery is processed.
